Careers
Small team. One patient at a time. If that is how you wanted to practice back when you chose this, we would like to hear from you.
You did not train for this to run three rooms at once
You know the shape of the day we are describing. Two patients on tables, a third on a bike, a student you have no time to teach, and notes you finish at nine at night.
The clinical work you are best at gets squeezed into the ninety seconds between rooms. Nobody gets your full attention, least of all you.
Here it works differently, and not because we are being generous. We promise every patient one-on-one with the same clinician, every visit. That promise only holds if the schedule holds, so the schedule is built that way first.
What we look for
The specifics change with the role, but the person does not. Across every position, we are looking for someone who:
- Wants a career here, not just a job between other jobs
- Communicates well with patients and with the rest of the team
- Is comfortable working with a wide range of ages and conditions
- Has your back, because that is how this team works
- Is dependable, people-oriented, and pays attention to the details that matter
Clinical roles (Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant) also need an active Ohio license and hands-on manual therapy skills; experience in vestibular rehab or dry needling is a plus, not a requirement.
What we offer
- A competitive salary. We would rather pay you properly than have you covering shifts elsewhere to make ends meet.
- Health insurance
- 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, so ongoing training does not come out of your own pocket
- Paid time off and holiday pay
- A flexible schedule for people who need one built around their life
How we invest in you
Continuing education is not something you squeeze in on your own time and dime. We build it into the year, so the training that keeps you sharp is part of the job, not an expense against it.
This is also a small, family-run practice, not a chain link. Dr. Joseph Moskowitz still treats patients here himself, and the people who do good work and stay tend to grow into more responsibility as the practice grows, whether that is clinical, in the front office, or running a piece of the business.
We also try to keep the day itself worth showing up for. It is a small team, we know each other, and we would rather work hard and enjoy it than pretend those two things do not go together.
The roles we hire for
- Physical Therapist
- Physical Therapist Assistant
- Office Manager
- Patient Care Coordinator
- Rehab Aide
We are not going to tell you one of these is open today, because we would rather be straight with you than get a click. This is a standing invitation.
Good people almost never turn up on the week a role opens. They turn up a few months before it. When that is you, we want your name already on the desk instead of a stranger’s resume in a stack.
Is this the right fit?
If you want a quiet seat where nobody expects much from you, this is not it. This is a small team that holds a high bar for the people in it, and everybody here is expected to keep growing, not just keep showing up.
If that sounds like more work, it is. If it sounds like the kind of place where the work actually means something, that is exactly the idea.
Who tends to be happy here
- Clinicians who want to find the cause, not just treat the site of the pain.
- People who like being taught. Vestibular, balance, manual work and neuro rehab all live in this building.
- Front office people who understand that the first phone call is part of the treatment.
- Anyone who wants to be recognised at the grocery store by someone they helped walk again.
Write to us
You are the clinician everybody else on staff comes to with the complicated one. The vertigo nobody could pin down. The patient three therapists gave up on. That is who you are, and it is being spent on volume.
Another year of six patients an hour is another year of that skill getting quieter. Skills do not wait politely.
Apply below with your name, phone, email and resume, or email office@inmotionptohio.com. Tell us the role, what you are good at, and what you want to be doing in three years.
Have a look first at who we are and the people you would be working beside. In Motion Physical Therapy is family owned and operated by Dr. Joseph Moskowitz, a licensed physical therapist, and we are looking for people who want to build something here, not just fill a shift.
