Pay at the clinic, or by phone on (216) 577-1933. And if a line on your statement makes no sense, a real person will read it with you before you pay a cent of it.
A few ways to pay
- Online: use our payment portal (opens in a new tab).
- In the clinic: at the front desk, before or after any visit. We are at 2171 S Green Road, University Heights.
- By phone: call (216) 577-1933 during business hours and we will take the payment over the phone while you are on the line.
When to call
- Monday and Wednesday, 8:15am to 7:00pm
- Tuesday and Thursday, 8:15am to 5:30pm
- Friday, 8:15am to 3:30pm
- Saturday and Sunday, closed
If the statement does not make sense, do not pay it yet
Call us first. Medical billing is written by people who already know what it means, which is not much help to anybody else. We will pull your account up and go through it with you in order, so you are not guessing at what you are looking at on your own.
If the number is hard right now
Say so. Out loud, to us, on the phone. Nothing useful happens to a bill in a drawer.
